I adore these two. They make me smile :o)

Being Brits, we (he & me) grew up with Mother’s Sunday Roast. It was sacrosanct. My mother once had a major melt down when my Dad, husband and two brothers went to the pub for a tipple one Sunday and fell back home an hour late for Sunday Dinner. FIREWORKS!

Once you’ve mastered the art of cooking this meal and getting everything ready at exactly the same time – you are a proper cook.

I cannot diss Spencer for this. I have NEVER cooked a roast beef joint properly. Medium rare is the very best but does not compute in this brain.

Lamb is the house speciality. Or chicken. And my homemade Yorkshire Puddings come out in the strangest shapes and sizes.

Nice one, lads
