As we got to the end of this video he told me about one of his MANY telephone death threats when there.
Local : Gimme 20 million nira or I’ll come and kill you.
Him : 20 million? C’mon. You can do better than that. How about 40 million.
Local : Gimme 40 million nira or I’ll come and kill.
Him : Is that your last offer?
Local: ….
Him : OK. Meet at the xyz Hotel in Lagos at 1pm next Friday. Carry a newspaper under your arm and I’ll be wearing a red rose in my lapel.
The Saturday after the Friday meeting.
Local : Where were you, bitch?
Him : Fuck off you stupid little c**t.
Swear to God. He’d also get threatened with being thrown to the crocodiles or having his wife kidnapped.
LAUGH OUT LOUDER .
My husband has said many times that if someone was stupid enough to kidnap me, they’d ring him up within hours offering a King’s Ransom to take me back.
Now THAT IS LOVE.
He knows me so well :o)
