I’m not a sweet person!
I rarely do puddings but cheesecake is always a temptress.
Having had a few failures, I’ve gone all out today and followed this recipe – almost :o)
Himself bashed some cheap chocolate digestives earlier and I’m doing the rest. The topping is a bag of frozen blueberries and strawberries that have been heated up and reduced into a thick jammy texture with whole fruits still there.
