These programmes have been intriguing me today.

I grew up with an OCD mother. Although OCD was unknown then. She was a CLEAN/CONTROL freak.

Many a time I’d come home from school and find, not just my bed coverings but, the mattress tipped in a heap on the floor because I hadn’t made my bed with hospital corners and without a single crease or fold in sight.

I have a sis-in-law who is diagnosed OCD. She talked me through one of her typical days and it was tortuous to hear.

These programmes take two extremes of human behaviour and try to reconcile them.

I have a little bit of both sides…..as in forever organising my MAXIMILIST tendencies :o)
