I’ve been mulling this over for days now.

Way back in 2019 I wrote a series of articles about this “great enemy” because I was not sure about where he really stood in history. Was he a goodie or a baddie?

Everything hangs on just ONE question – Why Moscow and not St. Petersburg?

In 1812, the Romanov ruled Russia from their new capital – St. Petersburg. FACT!

What was SO VERY IMPORTANT about Moscow in 1812????

Why did this one man have an unstoppable and utterly reckless need to conquer Moscow?

:o)
