We always have Bubble and Squeak on Boxing Day.
It’s so simple.
Just chuck everything leftover from Christmas Lunch into a bowl. Cut and bash the bejesus out of it, then fry or oven-bake.
I’m oven-baking it all today with grated cheese on top. Yum.
Bonus : Waiting for the lot to cook I went over to a channel and found out something WONDERFUL.
