Roast Gammon and Russian Salad. Yummy.

I roast my gammon in a roasting pan, with about an inch of water, in the Rayburn, covered in foil, for about 2 hours. Whip the foil off and then keep roasting for another half hour. Adding more water if needed.

The Russian Salad went right out of the window (metaphorically speaking!)

Time ‘s Wing-ed Whatsits and all that. We ended up with Tesco coleslaw and herb and butter new potatoes.
