I use this phrase as and when it pleases me. Like when I feel the need to Vent Hot Air.

It was all about nothing. Which is usually the case. Peeps making ants out of mountain/hills (?)

P.S. No peeps were harmed in my latest Ant(i) Act Riot :o)
