At the beginning of August I bought myself a new/old laptop from Amazon.

It lasted less than a week before I got the BlueScreen of Death.

So I returned to sender asking for a refund.

No refund. No comms. No refund. Then my patience ran thin and I sent the seller a personal snot-o-gram demanding my money back. Plus the postage it cost me to (£21)

Amazon gives seller 48 hours until a buyer can open a “case” against the crafty or misguided seller.

Mmmn. 3 days after the e-mail and 3 weeks after I’d returned the crappy thing… I get a full refund.

Result !
